Privacy Policy — Jill

This policy describes how 1001218233 Ontario Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”), a corporation registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada, and operating under the business name Adopli AI, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the Jill mobile application (the “App”) or any related services (together, the “Service”).

We are the controller of your personal information for the purposes of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy law.

1. Who Jill is for

Jill is a workforce productivity tool for tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and similar field-service workers) whose employer uses Jobber (a third-party field-service management platform) to run their business. Jill is not a consumer app and is not directed to anyone under the age of 18.

Your employer (the “Company”) is the customer of record. The Company configures Jill, decides which technicians can sign in, and is the primary controller of work-related data created in Jill (job notes, invoices, photos). We process that data on the Company’s behalf as well as for our own purposes described below.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information the Company provides about you

When the Company sets you up as a technician in Jill, we receive:

• Your name (as recorded by your employer)
• A technician identifier assigned by your employer
• A PIN that you choose, stored only as a one-way bcrypt hash — we cannot read your PIN
• The company code that ties your account to your employer

2.2 Information you provide while using Jill

• Voice recordings — when you tap the microphone to dictate a job note, we record audio until you stop. Recordings are sent to a transcription service to produce a written, structured job note.
• Photos — when you take before / during / after photos of your work, we upload those images so they can be attached to the corresponding job in Jobber.
